Trade Complete: 49ers / Bills

49ers get: Bills 1st (17th overall) and Bills 2nd.

Bills get: Cincinnati's 1st (14th overall) round pick, 49ers 2nd round pick, and Osi Umenyiora.

Why did u give up so much?

I'm only moving back three spots in the 1st round, which isn't that big of a deal. And I got a 2nd round pick (49th overall) that is in the middle of round 2, not at the end of it.

To get something, you have to give up something. When Osi heard Singletary promoted Ono Randle to the starting RE job, he wanted out. I think things worked out for both sides.
